- Check daily orders on our e-commerce platform and ensure timely processing and delivery.

- Communicate with customers regarding their orders, providing assistance and resolving any queries or concerns.

- Update and maintain accurate records of customer orders, ensuring all relevant information is captured.

- Collaborate with various departments such as logistics, customer service, and marketing to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers, maximizing sales potential.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of the product offerings, ensuring knowledgeable and confident interactions with customers.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to effectively position our products.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the e-commerce industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.

- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
