4. You can call our hotline number anytime to know the progress of your shipment.

NOTE: Please keep in mind that shipments can sometimes be delayed for some totally unprecedented events (like bad weather, a strike, or an accident). So we request you to have patience after placing an order. It’s our responsibility to make sure that you get what you ordered at the soonest possible time.
